Please join me in wishing Head Cook and Hospitality Manager Linda Jolly well as she departs camp and takes steps in the next phase of her working career.
Linda started in 2013 as Assistant Cook, took a year off and then came back in 2015. She then took over as Head Cook in 2017 and added in Hospitality Manager/Security to her duties in 2022.
However, Linda’s time with Camp Tamarack started many years earlier as a camper and then she brought her family to camp plus several of her boys were on staff, so this place is truly a family tradition.
Linda has been a steady team member for many years of staff changes and helped add some new menu items like our rice bowls and Fruity Pebbles bars. Her chocolate chip cookies made with love will definitely be missed!
Thank you, Linda, for all your work and dedication over the years and we hope you take the memories of staff bonding, playing cards, kayaking, slip and slide kick ball and more along with supporting the mission of Camp Tamarack with you.
