What is the most rewarding part of your job: Megan: Learning so many new and valuable skills to support camp and the earth. Lara: Witnessing. Rev. Carolyn Dugan is currently the Talent Development Manager for Labcorp in North America as well as the ARM-Outdoor Ministries for ABC-WI.  Carolyn has been a part of the Region staff supporting Camp Tamarack since 2012 in various roles after previously being a camper and volunteer herself for many years.
